After visiting classmate's blogs

I have visited and left comments to my friends, though I had been keeping my
blog in the draft box!!!

So I will submit now.

The first thing I realised was the different styles of blogs they had.
Some used pictures and photos very nicely, and some used colourful letters.

Also it was very interesting to read the ideas they had to computers.
Each had different comments, and some were similar to mine, but some were really new!!
However that it was surprising that a lot of students wanted to make their own webpage!
I have tried once though I failed so this time I will succeed on it,
and try to make an interesting webpage!!!

What else would you like to learn about computer?

Until I take this class, my knowledge of computer was only by practice.
Not from a book, from a teacher but by myself.
Actually, I thought there wasn't any problem.
However, after this class, my idea had changed.
I realised that I didn't know anything about computers!!!
Thought I had a really basic knowledge of computers, it wasn't enough!!!

Now I am an expert than my father!! ( Actually, he is still an Excel expert!)
It was really nice for me to know how to use HTML, and make webpages,
because that was what I really wanted to do.
So for next, I want to know the way to edit phtographs, and some artificial techniques
!

Simple Computers

Computer is deeply conected with our daily lives and becoming
something that we couldn't keep up without it.
The next step for the computer must consider about will be making it much familiar
to every one.
Many people might probably think its already popular to every one,
but it is not.

Like my mother, she couldn't use the computer at all.
She doesn't even touches it.
The reason is that she is afraid of losing the important memory in the computer
that my father saved it.

To me it seems really silly, but she is serious.
So I wish it was much more convinient to my mother as well.
I hope that one day it will be very easy for every one to use it.

Pet Care Robot

At my house there are two dogs.
What really make me feel guilty is when I had to leave them alone.
Every time when I leave the house, and there are no one to look after,
I feel sorry for them.

So what I really wish for the future is ..... THE PET CARING ROBOT!!!!!
All you have to do is to record your voice command for the dogs before use.
Then set it by switching the power and leave the house.
The robot (computer) will do the work for you.

The voice command will be used when they did naughty things.
Also, if you wanted to see them you can check it from your computer,
or the cell phones!

Isn't it gorgeous for pet lovers????

It was the first and hope to be the last to experience such thing!!!
That was our second computer, and it was desk top.
Actually, the speed was no good and the memory was a bit small.
However, we used it very carefully because computers are sensible.

Who had imagine the sad ending waiting for us.

That night I was already fallen asleep, but my family including my brother,
mother and father were awaken.
My brother was using the computer.
No one is exactly sure what he was doing,
but it is quite certain that he was looking the web pages.

The steps called tragedy was walking toward him.

Suddenly, he came running into the living room and
called father.
What he said was that the computer screen has blew the smoke with a sound.

The next day when I looked on the computer, there was a note said,

"OUT OF ORDER"

Computer Purchase

Now, I am quite interested in Mac.
However, I have found out that Lavie L is the NO.1
Computer since it was purchased in September.

It is windows XP and the CPU is Celeron M processor 360 J, and 1400MHz.
The RAM is only 512, but it can be expanded to 2304.

It is Super-drive. This means that I can write and re-write CDs,
but also I could record the DVDs as well.

The best thing of this computer is that there is no need to use the PC-slot,
for seeing the pictures in the cards such as SD, memory stick etc.

The computer News

Recently the Japanese version of the computer game called
FOODFORCE has been created.
This is the game that the WFP has made.

The concept is to experience the hunger relief and humanity support.
For example, driving a helicopter to count the refugees,
compete with others by combining the rice and beans by the regular cost,
and create a well balanced food.
They will be judged by how many people they could count in the regular time
and the time it took to make the food.

The game’s setting is at the imaginary island called “Cheilang.”
The island will be in danger by the drought,
the player becomes a member of the WFP and experiences the emergency provision support.

The English version has been downloaded 20 million in 40 countries in the world.

Our life

Sometimes, actually quite often I feel afraid of this world
relating too much to a computer.
Everything that I see seems to be computers.

Several years ago, there was a robot dog called “AIBO”.
It was a great boom, but it means that there are many people
who don’t really matter whether they have a dog or a robot
as long as they obey and make them relax.

The biggest surprise was the Aichi Expo.
Most of them were run by computers.

My shock was that the information guides were robots!!!
They had a programme with so many responds,
and even make people think that they have feelings.

I think the development of technology is wonderful;
especially cell phones have been the most necessary item for most of the people.

It is exciting to imagine the future, but at the same time it is scary.

Computer Gift

Once, I have seen a strange man on TV. He was a professor at one of the well known university, and popular among the students for his outstanding looks, and his interesting lectures.
Actually, he was a professor, but at the same time he was a computer freak.
He loved computers. In fact, he invents technical stuff.
As I have mentioned, his looks very strange.
He wears a strange glasses, hanging from the belt he wears on his head.

However, that glass has a secret!

It is a computer monitor!!!
He carries the computer around his waist which is the 2/3 size of a tissue box.

If I was going to give a computer gift, I would definitely buy a card from him.
He has invented a 3D card that a miniature of a person pops out from the card and talks.
He uses for an ID card.
The little monitor reads the code from the card and displays the vision;
I would ask him to make a birthday card with me saying a message.

It seems to be a story from the Astro Boy, but it is true!

My History with Computers

It was about fifteen years ago, the first computer I remembered using it.
Though, it wasn’t a computer like we have it today.
Actually, it was a word processor. I started to know typing the keyboard.
To my brothers, computer meant the video game, “Fami-com”.
They loved to play Mario bros.

We didn’t buy the personal computer until I was twelve years old(;＿;)
The first one was a very unique one. It had a style between the desk top and lap top.
It had a handle which you could carry it.
In fact, it was too heavy to carry it, so we used it like a desk top.
However, it wasn’t a good one at all!
The memory was small and the speed was slow(>_<)
The only good thing was that we could use the internet.
So I remember using it a lot（＾-‘）
